I like it, the overall composition and manipulation is really well done, however the pencil part doesn't seem too pencil-drawn. Try to make less blotchy spots next time and more strokes, maybe make the shading stronger? I know it's pretty hard to replicate the textures drawing with a pencil produces on paper though, so this really isn't bad.
